Every year on August 31, International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD) brings us together to take action on overdose in our community. This year’s theme is 25 Years On. Still Needed — highlighting the fact that we are making progress, but we need to keep going.
The good news is that future overdoses can be prevented. We know how to lower overdose risk and keep each other safe.
